Bacon and Onion Quiche

Serves: 4

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Method

  1. Grease a 26cm quiche or round dish
  2. Whist eggs and milk in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Stir in bacon, onion and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Cook in a moderate over at 180C for about 50 minutes or until the quiche is set.
  7. Stand for 10 minutes to cool slightly before cutting.
  8. Garnish with parsley leaves.
  9. Serve quiche warm or cold.
